What is going on in this picture? i can make out some europ Ford also. Seems the falcons are getting prepared, some kind of rallye maybe?

A GoodWood type of production class race in 64 would be my guess.

 

not sure what DE-ICER they are using but it appears to be working very well!

 

Those are the falcons that ford ran at the Nurburgring.
