Technical Seat mounting

I bought some lawn mower bucket seats for my 1926 model t. The problem I’m having is the seat sits to low into the bottom of the car. And on the p***enger side there is no pan to bolt onto because of the battery box. What I was thinking is put flat bar stock and bolt it to the floor . And then bolt seat to the bar stock.what do you all think?
