Hoping HRP or somebody can advise on this door window channel for the ‘32 5w. Picked up reproduction pieces from United Pacific but don’t see or understand how they go in or how the latch ***embly is supposed to “p*** through” the channel? I’ve read that these might need to be shortened or modified, which is not a problem, but I don’t see how these will work even if modified. Anybody have a pic of their door ***embly? The one I took out of one of the doors was cut short of the latch and not fastened at the top?

I can't help with pictures ( I built my '32 sedan 20 yrs ago) but the windows do indeed p*** thru the door latch ***embly. You should be able to spot the two holes in the door where your metal channel screws to. Then the Rubber/felt U channel fits into the metal channel. As I remember I used weather strip adhesive to hold them in the channel. Good luck, it will all work out.

Thanks @Dak Rat I figured it out today, the outer skin needs to be in place to install the channel - I am an idiot.

No pics here, can not remember, there is 1-2 screws or tube screws on jaw side,
doors where striped , took some time to figure out the one side after ***embly the gl*** is real close to working inside doors.
I think some was ***embled before inner / outer was crimped together.

Does UP also have the channel that’s on the hinge side available?
