    Way cool to figure out the way to make it all work out. Best part is built from s****. Now ready to make even more money on some side jobs for others! Have you thought about an air over hydraulic powered jack with a foot or hand valve instead of the hand pump jack? Might make the process easier, but you would have to spend a little money for the new jack.

    The female dye was the easier one. The straight edge was made using steel from the axe heads and has a sharp edge on it to help shear the louvre. The curved back simply holds the metal in place as the male dye pushed the metal into it.

    did you use a band saw or cut off wheel to make the curved edge?

    Not for sale. Besides it's in outback Australia and would cost a squillion dollars to ship it anywhere.
