    Nice picture, I like the '62 but you can see Chrisman's ill fated topless Comet funny in the background. Thanks for posting all the interesting pictures Hemidav.

    That car today would be extremely rare with indication of a 272” on the fender of the “top of the line” Fairlane. I’m guessing a promo photo. The 272 was relegated to the Main and Customlines for 1956.

    That roofline is tits.
    I'm confused. My dad bought a new 56. I was 9. I don't remember what model, 2dr or 4dr but I do remember it had a Thunderbird badge on the fender.
    Available in 56? 272 - 292- 312?
