Hot Rods Identifying a tool organizer, (memory failure)

I've had this item for several years and want to purchase another one or two plus some of the little socket holders BUT I can't remember where I got it. There are no identifying marks, stickers etc on any of it but hopefully some of you guys will be familiar with it.
Any help would be appreciated including remarks about old age and memory failure.
