i was @ SEMA today and found this company making repop wide white wall tires some models bias and some radial. All GOODYEAR tires. I've never seen anything mentioning them on here before, I could have missed it. Very nice older gentleman I spoke with for about 15 min ( see him pictured in background of some of the pics) I had mentioned some of the issues HAMBERS had with other brands and there might be a lot of interest in his products on here. He did not use the opportunity to bad mouth his compe***ors which I find to be professional. They have been doing this over 40 years. None of my current projects would really fit this look but someday I hope to use a set. Kelseytire.com is the site hope this helps out some of you guys and in turn keep a family business rolling. (Pun intended)
If you're a dealer for them, then where are you? I looked at your profile and you don't have a general location. It's 657 miles from my house to Kelsey's. Are you closer than that? Not getting on your case, just trying to figure if it's cheaper to buy them from you or them.
I don't advertise, I sell to folks that want the best looking and riding bias ply tires. Shoot me a pm with what you are looking for and I'll send you a price. The shipping is going to be the same as Kelsey will ship them direct to you. I should be able to save you a few bucks.
Like I mentioned, let me know what you'd like and I'll confirm pricing for you on Monday, should be better than $410
B.F. Goodrich also has a line of wide white's. I have them on my '46 Woodie with a little over 30K on them with no noticeable wear.
Kelsey makes wonderful tires, I have a set of their Polyglas GT tires on my off topic chevelle, it is as smooth as a gravy sandwich at 75 plus miles per hour.....
Okay, thanks. I was just thinking that if you were reasonably close to me, it might be cheaper for me to come pick them up than have you ship them.
66 so off by one year. Ignition points, carburetor, 4 speed trans, bias ply tires. My off topic car is more on topic than most of the year correct cars here....
