I have a th400 and a tunnel ram with no vacuum ports. Question where do I get my vacuum from for modulator valve. Thanks.

What carbs are you running? You should be able to tap into a vac port for manifold vac on one of the carbs or a single carb if that is your set up.

There should be a vac. port for manifold vac. on the front left side.

If there are no ports on the carburetors may be consider spacer plate under the carburetors with a vacuum port. Or, convert the 400 to full manual and forget about the vacuum.

  6. You could also find a spacer plate that has a vacuum port in it. Some 60's Ford came from the factory with them. Aftermarket ones are available.

The 650 dp should have the vac. ports in the front . Rht side is timed vac. lft is manifold vac.

drilling and tapping a hole in the intake is apparently too much work.... :)

Walls of a tunnel ram manifold in some spots are awfully thin to drill & tap , easiest way out is a spacer plate IMO.

2old2fast's idea eliminates removal of the manifold to avoid drill chip contamination. Factory uses direct manifold vacuum, seems to work, so....
