Thanks. As an occasional drawer of hot rods I've always liked the art and coloring in those old comics. Kinda pulp novel like. That HOT ROCK one at the end is cool in a sinister way. Dig it.

 

Here are two issues I have, Clint Curtis & the Road Knights were a bit earlier and the ones I read in the 1960's. Bob

 

If it hadn't been for comic books and hot rod magazine I would have never learned to read, everything else didn't hold my interest. HRP

And he named a character Honey (20-30 years before Gary Trudeau did).

Never did have comics, but I did pick these up from a sale at our library when I was a kid. They're all from the '60s.
