Technical 1942-1948 Ford fender washers:

On the rear of the front fenders of the 46-48 fords & mercury where they bolt to the cowl there is 4 heavy duty rubber washers that go on the bolts & have a ****** that fits into the large hole in the fender.. I have tried everyone with no luck on finding them, has anyone with these cars had any luck in finding them,
