Just curious that if you have a problem with them now would they still honor the warrantee if it even came with one?

I've bought their rims, and one set of skinny wide whites, rest are pie crust slicks.

FYI... knocked the ridiculous was off my pie crusts. Put car on jack stands, ran up to 100mph...not a wiggle. Now I have 3x sets with no weights, not sure why I had them balanced. Got alot of fishing wt material.

I have a new set of Diamond Back Auburn Deluxes on my 53 Stude. I’ve put 1000 miles on them over the last few months. They handle nice and ride smooth at 90 MPH. The whitewalls stay white. I like em.

I’ve hated every set of bias ply tires I’ve ever driven on. I guess it’s relative… I was born in 1990.

I'll have to remember that when I talk to the cops.

Had a set of Coker Firestone deluxe champions big and littles on my A coupe. Really good tires. Balanced out well with no weights and just balancing beads in the tubes. Rode absolutely great. Got rid of them in favor of Diamondback Auburn bias look radials because I got tired of the painted lines in the road (and every other crack and seam in the asphalt) grabbing and pulling the bias plys when driving. Purely a driving safety issue. I had zero issues with the Cokers. They drove like every other bias ply tire I had when I was a kid. The Diamonbacks are much better though as far as drivability is concerned.

Thing is, I bet it’s the norm with many who never hauled a load in a pickup, trailer, etc. many don’t realize what the extra weight does to the comfy SUV, etc, loaded as you mentioned.

All I drove on until the mid 80’s were bias ply tires. All my folks drive on until the same time frame, we’re bias ply. I never had a tire shaved, nor did my folks, I know that for sure because when I was 12/14 years old I was at the shop with my dad when he was getting an alignment or something and I watched a guy shaving a tire.
When I asked my dad if he had that done, his answer was along the lines of “no, look at all those miles on the floor”.
Pretty sure the speed limit was still 70 in Ca back then, before dropping to 55.

Well I just put my money where my mouth is and bought a new set of Big n Littles for my 41 Ford PU. I hope I'm as happy with this set as I've been with the others. I also saved because I had a 10% off coupon and they were offering free shipping. That saved me 235 clams! Thank you Coker.

I needed to replace the tires on my corvette as they were down to the wearbars. My old tires were Coker BF Goodrich silvertowns 6.70-15. There were zero problems with the tires except for the fact that the tread was worn out. the wear was nice and even and this post is NOT to bash Coker as I have had lots of their tires and never a problem. With that said I have been wanting to try the Kelsey tires ever since I put a set of their Goodyear Polyglas Gt bias plies on my off topic 66 SS396 Chevelle (these tires are wonderful in every way) . So I ordered up a set of the Goodyear custom super cushion 6.70 15's with a 2 1/4 whitewall. and I have to say that these tires are beautiful. for starters the white is on top of the black and is not ground in like the cokers (this will make the whitewalls so much easier to clean as the surface is not rough from grinding) also the side wall notches are further apart again, way easier to clean. I have a Snap on computer wheel balancer so if tires were ever out of round it would be easy to see. these are some of the roundest tires I have ever seen and 2 of them balanced with 1 oz of weight and 2 balanced with ZERO weights added. Man, I can't wait to drive it, It was never a problem before and it should be even smoother than a gravy sandwich now

My latest on the 57 is a Firestone 6.70-15 up front,.. 7.10-15 on the rears.... all mounted on 56 Ford steelies... 5 inch wide rims.
    No issues at all.
They balanced up very well. All of my past hotrods had the Firestone bias Champs.... in different sizes and such
    All Tubeless.

I know no one at Coker and paid victim on every set I bought.......Are they spendy?......... yea.. they sure are....
.........But nothing like the cost of tires for my 2020 Pick up..... ouch.

I do not dis-believe guys who have issues..I just haven't had any problems personally.

Wheel weights?.... thats a different story..... unlike the old ones that gripped the rim lip..... the new ones are always flying off..... 3M needs a better adhesive.

Yeah, I was looking (and wondering) at the same picture that Roothawg was.

Those are good looking. Thanks for the review! I am going to need some new tires for my 56 soon and may end up with a set of those now.
