drop your line pressure, and you might want to add a touch more reducer.

what type of gun are you using?

Drop the airpressure bit by bit until it stops....How hot is it where your spraying?

If all else fails, you could try doing some primer cobwebbing!

i swear by omni for customer cars... cheap lays out decent if you know what ur doing and are used to it. have u sprayed before?? or is it a first time thing?? 96 is about 20 degrees to hot u should also be using a hardener rather than a reducer... at least thats how the 2k goes. a slow hardeneer would be best. if ur not real experienced maybe its your technique... try moving a little slower over each panel and holding the gun a little closer to the panel. if you are experienced i mean no offense.

Is the material knob turned in too far?
Are you holding the gun too far away from the car or moving too fast while spraying?
