Don't forget that 1.5 x bolt diameter is the hex size unless you have heavy hex nuts then it's 1.5 x diameter plus 1/8"

I swear some of those came from our quality control department.
We started seeing some real odd s#/t when we started a night shift.

 

Not nuts…but I’m looking for hardened washers the same outside diameter as Allen bolts. Specifically 1/2” to use in countersunk holes on an aluminum cylinder head.
