My Pup was head full out too, got wacked by a big bug of some sort. I saw it coming but didn't want to cross the yellow lines. Beaned him pretty square on the nose. Big sneeze or two and back at it, I got him some Doggles.

This is Emerald “Emmy” named after the emerald green roof of my wife’s ‘54 Olds. Was taken on the Rapid Shifters reliability run.

    LOL...

Some of these four-legged hot rodders kinda look like some two-legged ones we know.

  12. Teddy Bear, our little Maltese, has always been with us wherever we went. We have never been without him in 14 years and he goes everywhere we go. He has been a big part of our life and gives us joy every day.

Here he is back in 2009 on our trip across South Dakota to the Lake Area Roadsters Reliability Run in the Black Hills. It was his first long distance roadster trip and we did over a thousand miles that weekend.

Ok, I have watched this for a while. Pictures of your pet posing with your car-very cool. Pictures of your pet riding unrestrained while your vehicle is in motion are dumb-ass stupid. As a veterinarian, I've seen some very gruesome results of s a sudden stop and an un-restrained pet. Keep in mind that the impact of your 60 pound dog at 40 miles an hour generates almost 25,000 pounds of impact force. To say nothing of the fact that an un-restrained pet is a distraction and that the authorities will find you at fault (if they can find you at all) every single time.

Treat your pet as they deserve-buckle up.

How do you recommend buckling up a dog? Mine is 65 pounds.

In my State all dogs must be restrained by a seat harness, you can buy special attachments,
many dogs are driving around in the pickup truck bed of tradesmen and they must
be secured so as not to jump out at the next traffic light and start fights
which happens often ,my daughter has a harness to keep dog safe in passenger's seat,
    dogs soon learn

Not funny if you are distracted and have to stop suddenly and your dog turns into a flying missile-hitting the windshield or flying out the window. This is just crash test dummies. I don't think anyone would appreciate pictures of real accidents.

  25. We were going to go for a ride but, after getting my guy up on the seat, at 90+ lbs, we abandoned that caper and jumped into the OT truck. Talking with a pack of carpenters the next day, a pack is more than 2 carpenters, we came up with maybe splitting the bench and making it so the passenger side can come out. I know that's a lot of work but, my shadow goes everywhere with me. Figured he is not riding with me in the '65 until I can figure this out. He hangs over the seat in every configuration.
