Hi, my name is Matt and I'm in Chesapeake, Va. After months of talking and reading and talking and reading my dad and I went a picked up a complete 30 coupe. Everything is as far as i know (which is not very far. ) orginal and in seemingly relatively nice shape. Some surface rust underneath, body is solid and the banger rebuilt. The initial idea was an A on deuce rails and a 8ba but the more we talked and learned we've now decided to at least start very traditional. Build the banger get the stance right and learn as much as we can in the process. One day It may end up fenderless, chopped, juice brakes and that 8ba. As for now we have about 80 years to catch up on so we figured we'd start near the beginning. With so much to learn and do the only way is to take it one thing at a time. It needs some electrical issues taken care of ( lights, horn, battery drain) . It's running strong but wanting to cut off occasional when coming to a stop. But first things first get this thing on some jack stands and get the brakes up to snuff. Oh yea, we also need to learn to shift this thing properly. I'm on here daily reading but I'm sure now will be here asking the h.a.m.b. mega mind for some help. Pics are not the best, Ill upload some better later. Unlike every project ive ever done im going to try to do***ent this one properly. See yall around.
