  1. LOL

Someone's gotta be around to laugh at:
    Monica Lewisky jokes
    Michael Jackson jokes
Bill Engvall and Ron White's catchy new material
and the difference between blacks and whites

..ya know.. cause that stuff's so funny.

I think the rear window treatment is a bit much for my tastes, but there's a lot more that I really like. The use of aluminum (or aluminium for those outside of the USA :) ) is awesome. And that decklid (boot?) spear & ornament really works. The 3 colors/textures (glosss black + Al + saddle) are played aout very nicely.

Awesome creativity, and looks to be well-executed.

Coyd, I don't give damn which side of the pond this car is on - it's PERFECT! Please, someone give us more pics of this sumptuous, delectable deuce.

Kind of lightweight E-type meets 32 roadster. Nice touches, nice details. Well done.

    Cheers,

I really like the roof. I like the whole package actually. Cl***y and functional at the same time.

I agree. Although my materials prof in university pronounced it alumin-i-um but spelled it without the extra "i"...

I like it as well...two thumbs up! and I especially like the window treatment, very unique.

  9. the boot spear.....the ford badge at the bottom hides the number plate light!! like I said more and more details......the bonnet is split in to 2 with a nickle plated strip inbetwen them, the end of the strip has a shaped spear that is sunken in to the grill shell to maintain the correct line when veiwed from any angle...the bonnet hinges are drilled ally with a drilled (and tapered) joining strip. every place you look there is sumat you will want to put on your car. Envious....to right ...I want this car but I'm never gona get it and don't have the attention span to build one with this level of (innovative) detail.

  10. Oh and the screen posts took 5 months to get just right!!

  11. don't worry yourself there old son, we have bends in our roads and hills too. ;)

    Categorically beautiful.

Originality, creativity, innovation (and with quality to boot), ............. in the pursuit of rodding. If this isn't "in the tradition" nothing less can be. I'll be looking forward to the inevitable articles.

    Be cool.

Coyd = Pete. Or Hans-Peter to be more correct.
Much praise to Al Stevens for the sublime metalwork.
    Al lives a reclusive lifestyle.
I once said to him: "Thing is, Al, you don't want to end up like a hermit".
    "I ****in do!" he replied.
I still have my Coyd's gang sticker on the firewall of the T-Bird.
I have the steering arm from the previous rendition of this car on Old Rusty.
Good to see you here Coyd, will the car be at the HRD this weekend?
    Mart.

Absolutely breath-taking! The more I look, the more details I see and the even more details I want! Unless this is some kind of photoshop Punk'd, this is a milestone roadster that Dean Batchelor would've been digging outside his study hall room in high school.
I'd give it two thumbs up if I hadn't been working the punch press for Kaiser back in the 1960s.
As it is -- ALL THUMBS UP!
