I tried asking this on yblocksforever but not getting any response. I have a 54 Lincoln Capri and need push rods. I want to buy all 16 of them. Some are warped so I just want them all to be the same. On ebay, there's an ad for MPR 80 melling push rods. 16 for $87. Some people are trying to get upwards of $80 a piece for them. Auto parts stores are around$10 each. The ad for the 16 says they're for Ford FE engines but the part number is the same as what my car uses. I haven't been able to get a response from the seller as far as if they are indeed the mpr80 part. I don't want to lose them, these are the last ones they have, yet I need to be sure.
If anyone has any knowledge of these parts I'd appreciate some help. Here's the ad:

I think the correct push rod for a 292 should be MPR-73 at 7.967" length. I believe the MPR-80 is intended for the 223 six cylinder at 9.447" length. The seller has the listing as MPR-80 at 9.602" length, so they either have the wrong part number or the wrong length listed.

Smith Brothers in Oregon. Send them a good one in a padded envelope and they will match it. Might get a larger diameter too.

My mechanic found what he needs. 135 for the set. Now we're looking for the oil tube from the pan to the pump

But I can use some help locating the oil tube from the pan to pump. I ruined mine taking the engine out. If someone knows someone parting out a 317 y, I sure could use one.
