Hi, I'm preparing my trip to NY for next week, Sept.16 to 25, I would apreciate all the information, you guys could give me about what's happening regarding Hot Rods & Kustoms during these days (Car shows, Shops, Events, Rockabilly clubs, etc...) the 15-17 at rhinebeck new york there is a goodguys meet. and in bennington vermont there is an antique car swap meet. cortland new york has a car show swap meet at little york park on sunday...have fun in new york ...cadillac dave
Might be good to mention just where in NY, since it takes about 9 hours to drive from one end of the state to the other.
The indian larry block party is in brooklyn the 16th I believe. Not hot rod exclusively but there will be some nice rides there for shure.
cool Tiki bar where you can pay an extra $5er and keep the tiki gl*** they serve it to you in. cash only place, no tabs. music most nights. i got a red light ticket on my way there so I'm kinda jaded on the place, i mean really, who gets pulled over in Manhattan.

Hey check out Wildwood New Jersey the weekend of the 23rd. its cars on the boardwalk. Haven't been in a couple of years but are def going this year. pretty cool event,tons of cars all types,bands flame throwers, the beach and the Irish fest , how can you go wrong! You see a lot of cars there that were at lead east . Do a search theres a website. See ya there.
Weather permitting take a ride across the George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Parkway North. Go the the Bear Mountain exit. Every WED night large cruise there so long as it's sunny. About 45 minute drive for you. All kinds of cars though but traditional/customs are ther also
