No help, other than to say only two misspelled words but easily understood and good grammar as well!

I can't say that I have ever seen those on a 58 Chev but maybe some of the custom folks would have some input like @Moriarity.
For reference they seem much larger at least from this pic

Seems like there should be enough flat area there to make it work. MAYBE even enough close to the edge to make the contour work.

59 Buick light is significantly larger than the lights on the 58 Chevy.

I haven’t ever seen it done and wonder how well it would flow with the “V” shape of that area on the quarter? Seems easy enough to pull the stock taillights and put a cardboard circle the diameter of the Buick light and see how it works?

Here is a little test shot for you. I removed the bezel as it made it just too large..this is a poorly done frenched version to give you the general idea. Doesn't do it any favors to me, but you may like it 5859.jpg

Or, you could mock it up like @lucky did even easier. :D

Yeah Im not sure how they would fit with the chrome bezel, frenching them in would then allow you to trim down the outer diameter to fit. It doesnt help that the Bel Air/Biscayne rear fin swoop is narrower than an Impala making it a smaller flat area to work with.

I know it's been done before, but you can't beat 58 Merc tail lights.
