The tailights were on the car when I bought it, I just took the bezels off and mounted the lenses from the inside, I thought it would look cooler than it did. Unfortunately no history of its previous life. It had a hideous brown velour interior when I got it but after dis***embly I remember finding remnants of purple tuck and roll upholstery and purple paint. Yea I really like the un-chopped highboy look too. I love the stance and overall look of this car, this one really does it for me. I'm aiming for something like this but maybe with lakester headers.
Wow it is great you held on to the car. My son and I built a 32 high boy gl*** car and have driven it all over from a Tennessee home base.
