    I wish they still made wagons. I camped one trip with a '79 Chevy Caprice wagon and was next to someone with a '95 Ford Explorer. We compared storage capacity and my old wagon had it beat. I thought they were tanks at 4200 lbs, my 2020 Mustang tips the scales at 4500...

    My father took delivery of a brand new '56 Merc Monterey station wagon in Jan of 56. He took our family all over the US and Canada. He p***ed the car on to me in 1967. I wrecked the car just before heading out for basic training in 1968. Now 55 years later, I'm enjoying another 1956 Monterey Wagon. One of only 13,280 ! Thanks for the video TomDobbs.
