Does anyone know anything about this intake, does it look like it has a restrictor plate or something in the plenum

Look’s like the floor of the plenum (top portion) to me.

Its not a restrictor - its just a mismatch between the top and bottom castings.
If you want, you could blend the mismatch with a grinder, but on a street driven vehicle you will never see any improvement in performance.

If you plan to run it on the street use the tiniest carbs you can find. You may as well adapt up two two-barrels for all the time a 4V secondary will see opened up.

Or two four-barrel carburetors, with the secondary barrels disconnected.

    Is it a big block?

What is the LSA of the cam you intend to use?

No!:( two 600's is far two much for driving around the street with SBC with that type intake, or anything like it.
If your only drag racing,go for it!
That intake is a drag-race intake, not good for street use,no matter how good a carb tunner you are,it will never be smooth on the street{not enough RPM }.
A few use that type, think it looks cool, but put up with poor running=Thinks, all they need to do is a little better adjusting< nope.
You'll be better off finding a intake that has a lot less space under the carbs for street driving.

    Two things:

If the last number on the cam line is indeed 105ls, as in a 105º Lobe Separation Angle, then you are going to be very unhappy with a tunnel ram, with any size carburetors.

The resonance in the runners created by both the intake and exhaust valves being open at the same time will hamper low speed fuel metering, and, at the lowest rpm's, might actually PUSH fuel mist back up out of the carburetors.

    And:

It is right there on your dyno sheet. Look at the CFM numbers.

You are talking about putting 1200cfm in carburetors on an engine that pulled in only 634cfm at a 6600rpm redline*.

@dana barlow is correct here. This would be an untenable setup on the street.

I would argue that it would be marginal on the dragstrip, too.
