I know this thread is ancient, but I always wanted to be in this club. Here is my '32 built by my grandfather in 1958 and found again by me at Hershey in 2022. It will never leave the family again...
WOW! That must have been quite an experience to find that car after all those years. Congrats on being able to bring it back to the family. I would love to hear some more details about finding the car and see some pics of the interior and engine compartment.
A few are most recent while others on this particular thread date back to 2006, where might they be now ?

I will play. I have had a few over the years. I currently have these two. The chopped one has been a project of mine for a few years and is almost finished, the unchopped one I just bought a month or so ago: The story of how I acquired the chopped car (which was just a stock body sitting on a pallet at the time) can be found here, if anyone cares to read it: BETTER LUCKY THAN GOOD – ironandsteele I plan to post a full build thread here and on my website when it is completed here in the next few weeks. Anyway: ironandsteele.com
I currently have these... 32 Fordor that I am the 4th owner and I've had it 10+ years. Very original car, with one repaint in the 70's and never been disassembled. 36 21stud flathead, hydraulic brakes, dropped axle and reverse eye springs. That's about it. This pickup was an old hot rod from the Hayward, CA (Bay Area). It had an 8BA (59AB now), dropped axle, louvered hood, 31 Cadillac dash, car grille shell were all on it from the 50's. See build thread on it here. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/32-closed-cab-pickup-build.1236719/ This is my current project. 32 5W body that I bought about 5 years at the LA Roadster Show swap meet for $4K. See build thread on it here https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/32-5w-build-the-4k-swapmeet-body.1284710/ and a little "family portrait"
