Hot Rods UP 32 Pickup Cabs

What ever happened to the United Pacific 32 pickup cab project? Did it go the same way as the 5 window coupe? Low volume and high retail price. They had a really good product and excellent parts. I've been kicking around doing another truck and cabs worth buying are non existent. I paid 6,000 for my last cab but it only need a couple hundred dollars worth of work and was missing no parts. Those days may be over?

 

Last one I saw was on eBay a while back... The price was 30,000... They still list body parts... Doors , back of cab, fenders ... But not any cabs..

 

At 30K it might be a tough sell.
