How long is the snow on the ground for? How's the winter wind?, knock you down strong? How's the area, I know that some areas around there are getting built up into housing tracks. I'm looking for a few acres to have a shop, house and mother in law quarters on. I want colder summers and light snowy winters. I'm thinking of doing the opposite of @e z i , I'm looking around today at places and I'm looking in that area (on the out skirts).
