Technical Chev, Ponti, Buick n Olds chassis question?

Hey guys,


So in my old 47 Buick, VS Commodore (holden) springs fit straight in and dropped it low.

I'm in the midst of scoring a 46 Olds and thinking maybe I can do the same trick?

I heard in a video that Chev, Pontiac and Buick share the same ch***is but no mention of olds or Cadillac. Cadillac doesn't seem surprising to be of a different ch***is but what about olds? Are they similar or same or a totally different beast?

Buick, Olds, and Pontiac had pretty much the same ch***is in those years, Chevy was different.
