This is a transmission adapter made by Tony at Ross racing. I've had this for 10 years and it has never been installed. It will also fit 49-55 Cadillac with extended block. The 176 tooth flywheel has a weight attached for an externally balanced 371 or 394. It's bolted on and can easily be removed and rebalanced.
