Found me a 34 survivor over the weekend. I'm in early clean up mode now just to stablize the patient. Might as well share the extraction day to kick this off. Enjoy.
He's been there on the homestead all his life. He drive that AMC down from Massachusetts. Said it was nice...but that time is past. The car was unstable but that wrecker did a number on it. Believe he may have faked that dispatch call when he saw the car fold. Probably thought he'd get blamed. Who knows

Yep that was me goofing off with my old buddies head shot. I didn't think he'd notice it but he did. I've got to credit the use of trashbags to slide the car across the plywood paneling to him. Worked out pretty slick
So this car came from a little town in Alabama. I have a buddy up there "Phillips Hot Rod Garage" on YouTube. He passed to me that he discovered more of the story.... Ends up an old gentleman hes always know drops by my buddies shop today to chat. This 80+ yr old hotrodder happen to be the previous owner of the 34 that sold it to my seller (a young guy then) some 50+ years ago. Funny thing is that my friend, while showing the ol timer the NOW pics..Said "You got to remember this car....just look at that front bumper" the original owner said...that would never have stood out to me at the time because everyone was doing that. So I guess my Catfish Tudor was not as unique as I'd have thought.
Any Tudor guys out there willing to help me pull a few references NOT available with a Wescott drawing???
Wow! I feel Blessed Now!! I am not gonna complain about my Few po-dunk Patches now! Geez! And I was thinking about looking for a place on the panhandle forgot about all that funky, gulf-salt air!! Good luck buddy here’s a few pictures of the Floor for reference if that’s what you’re talking about??
