started working on my pickup again got a great deal on a 354 hemi so out with the 283 mounts done and gearbox mount done now time to mount cab
What a cool jigger, tell us more? What did you start with, what are the plan's... Back story? We love stories, oh & photo's, lots of photo's! Video's too!
its a boling brothers 5-12 frame bought cab in california imported it to new zealand turbo 350 trans 9'' diff will be fenderless trying to make my mind up to chop it and channel if i do that will not be able to run the blower we have rules here about line of sight
I'd chop it 3" maybe 4" but no more. I wouldn't channel it for 2 reasons, 1- more leg room in that tiny cab, 2- try to keep line of sight legal so you can keep the blower but the leg room is the biggest reason. .
I missed your location being 'down under' A really cool pickup, with that ch***is is has the stance of a channeled car. Here in Aus our early hot rods were largely an 'East Coast' style channeled & un-chopped, what was the early NZ style??
