Projects 31 pickup

    started working on my pickup again got a great deal on a 354 hemi so out with the 283 mounts done and gearbox mount done now time to mount cab IMG_0160.JPG IMG_0160.JPG

    What a cool jigger, tell us more? What did you start with, what are the plan's... Back story?

    Plenty of engine for that pickup. Fenders? Hood?

    its a boling brothers 5-12 frame bought cab in california imported it to new zealand turbo 350 trans 9'' diff will be fenderless trying to make my mind up to chop it and channel if i do that will not be able to run the blower we have rules here about line of sight

    I'd chop it 3" maybe 4" but no more.

    I wouldn't channel it for 2 reasons, 1- more leg room in that tiny cab, 2- try to keep line of sight legal so you can keep the blower but the leg room is the biggest reason.

    I missed your location being 'down under' A really cool pickup, with that ch***is is has the stance of a channeled car. Here in Aus our early hot rods were largely an 'East Coast' style channeled & un-chopped, what was the early NZ style??
