This car was built between 1959 and 1961. The car has 8700 original miles. All metal work was done in lead and paint with 15 coats of lacquer in 1961. The paint is still on the car. The interior was completed at the same time in pearl white with vertical pleats. Interior is in perfect condition and the paint is in great condition for its age. Honestly its hard to believe the paint is that old. That said, the paint has a few blisters and scratches throughout. Between 1959 and 1961 a 1957 Lincoln 368 y block engine was purchased new from the dealer and connected to the original 3 speed manual transmission with a Cragar adaptor. Rear quater wheel ooenings match the front fender wheel opening, emblems were shaved and also the gas door. Trunk is operated by a solenoid and a custom front bumper was fabricated. 1956 Mercury Wagon taillights were also purchased new and installed. The car received a complete mechanical restoration in 2012 when it was found hidden in a garage since 1966. The thunderbird runs and drives very well. Again, this car has 8700 original miles on it. I installed new chrome reverse wheels and wide white walls tires in 2016. This car can be easily imported into the US or overseas. I can help with organizing shipping and can store the car until arrangements have been made. 36,000 obo. Jamie 905 706 5876
