Hot Rods Vicky Hot Rods - Whacha Got?

Just picked this one up.

 

That thing is bad. I look forward to seeing the progress on this one. Are you chopping it?

 

Plans are for a 2" chop, when combined with the 2" channel should still leave enough room for me ! I'm currently putting in a 32 Ford windshield header in it, thanks.

 

To me the Vicky is one of the prettiest body styles that were out there.

 

Here's a ******** 1970s A Vicky steelback and the second photo is a 1960s leatherback build. Looks like early Olds power. The third photo of the green highboy 31 from Japan (@guchikon__ on IG) is the only highboy A Vicky on an A frame I've ever come across. And I've yet to find that combo built in the era the HAMB is focused on.

 

Here's one I owned for 27 years. It had a 140k+ hot rod miles on it when I sent it down the road.
