Just wild that this is a Watson painted car and not documented anywhere. As far as we know.

 

It has a lot of potentia. I like your idea, would look really kool building it that direction.

 

@PasoJohn Forget the Ground hog day, I don't know that it is Spring until John gets out the convertible. Rare seeing it with the top up. I didn't know it had one. Lol!

 

It's too bad Packard never reached the popularity that it's tail lights have achieved. If they did they would still be in business.

There was a mobile welder welding up some supports for an airbag on a Chevy at the Custom Car Revival. The welder asked what kind of taillights are these. They are Packard. Mounted up side down and laid flat. He`s welding away and sees a car next to it. what kind of taillights are those. They are Packard. Is that a Packard, No, it`s a 50 Merc. He finishes up the job, hops in his truck and starts to leave and see`s the Lincoln posted above. He stops and gets out. He asks if those are Parkard taillights. Yes. Is that a Packard. No, it`s a Lincoln. He shakes his head and gets back in his truck and leaves.

He was welding on a car parked by where you park the Tesla`s to get charged.

 

Marlin Englert bought his 56 Chevy brand new then had it chopped. Pictures are from March 31st set up at the GSTA 65th annual car show.

 

Also from set up was this beautiful 50 Olds now owned by Kieth Sties. This Olds was shown at GSTA in 1960,61 and 62. Interior was finished in 1959.

 

I was there, 2nd picture 2nd person in from the right.

 

Also from GSTA Set Up was this 36 Ford with a 40 front end.
