History Any old timers remember these logos?

Does the tub have a painted grill shell? Quick glimpse of what appears to be a 27 yellow tub with hood and black top at 39:20 mark of the video I posted earlier.

 

Yes, painted grill shell, it is the same color, same top. I never had the hood. Cannot see if the fenders are also yellow and correct, but the car is very similar. Thank you, I had watched the video, but missed those few seconds. Your efforts are appreciated.

 

Yours may not be the one in the video. That one appears to have a black grille shell. Also, I think I see a black fender and maybe a door hinge on that one.

I was also there with a yellow T a '27. We took a short cut from Michigan.

 

I joined as a charter member #1956 when NSRA went to later models I resigned my membership.

I was at the 1979 Street Machine Nationals. The cruise on hwy 100 afterwards on Saturday night was epic, but the cops were less than pleased.
