Hot Rods 26/27 Ford Touring compared to 28/29 Phaeton

I am wondering which of these cars has more room in them. I have sat in a 27 touring and fit but it was tight. I was wondering if the 28/29 had more room. Thanks

 

An A has more room than a T.

 

An A is probably 20% more room than a T. Even then, most modern folks need to slide the front seat back I did both in my T and a customers A tub

 

I had a phaeton for a while.
I’m about 180, 5-11”and fit just fine.
The front seat is not very roomy.
***uming it’s going to be modified, you can make seats that help with that.
You learn how to enter and exit the car in a specific way and once you do, no problem.

I have a soft spot for phaetons. I’d love to have a stock one with fenders.

Working on moving the seat back in my 31 so my 6’4”bigness fits.
Probably using the p***enger door to get in and out.

 

Thanks for the replies. I need the extra room so that will narrow down my choice. Will definitely want to move the seat back.
