fully machine shop inspected magged & rough bored ready to build
block is now fresh 4.027 bore needs final hone to fit your new 4.030 piston selection of YOUR CHOICE
has factory windage tray studs installed
cast date mid sept 65 for 1966 production chevy 2 nova models
has recess oil filter and 4 speed boss
block casting is 3790721
upside down 721 cast into side of block
comes with block nodular main caps and original windage tray studs
available at extra cost I also have a nos 3817173 correct 8" finned harmonic damper
this block is exactly what was used for all early chevy ii 327-350hp L79 novas
grumpy jenkins performance nhra record holder used these blocks for the base for building his early high performance 327 motors
prefer pick up but can ship freight for $250
on a pallet mounted to engine cradle
block is fully oiled and has light flash rust over the past few weeks the first pic with the casting # was true silver cast it will need to be hot tanked again after your hone to fit your pistons anyways so i wasn’t to worried if it looks fresh outta the hot tank for the pics.
