Event Coverage CHEROKEE ROD RUN

    The car show at Harrah's Casino in Cherokee, North Carolina was this past weekend and being a new venue the Cherokee Car Club worked hard to solve all the problems with a new location, I'm sure by the fall show they will have worked out the kinks.

    The weather on Friday was perfect but Rain and high winds moved in overnight, around noon the rain stopped and the weather cooperated the rest of the day.

    There were a lot of beautiful cars that didn't I didn't photograph because of big outrageous wheels and a plethora of rodent rods that a show up, I did manage to get some pretty nice cars & trucks.

    I'm still editing so it will take a while to post all the photos. HRP

    Still chasing issues with the 283. Had to go back and replace valve seals.
    Fingers crossed, and ready to switch out for the dead flathead.
