Need help to id a WW2 Truck

    Going through dad's Photo album and trying to properly vehicle manufacture and type.. Any help would be most appreciated. 11 - Truck.jpg
     
  2. Dodge WC series. I would say it’s a 3/4 ton WC 51. WC 52 was the same but came with a winch.

    My Dad had one on a B-17 base in England, he called it a Weapons Carrier don't know if that was an official name or not. He used it to carry 50 Cal machineguns from the planes to his rebuild shop then back in time for the next mission. I'll post a photo once I find it. Is there a collector site that can trace the ID number painted on the hood?
     
  7. I had a 40 Dodge VC Power Wagon that was a munitions truck. Not as nice as this one below…wish I would of kept it.
