My friend Bill McGuire (Hot Rod magazine Detroit editor at the time) shared this photo that he took of my '36 at the "Relix Riot" car show 10 years ago. When I think back about that car, the fun I had imagining, designing, building it, and bringing it to life, it almost makes me miss it. The ones that have followed have maybe been "better", but that one resonates with me yet.
    They've all been a pale imitation... BDEA7811-A89C-44E3-9A19-295A2BA19A0D_4_5005_c.jpeg

Always liked that car. There's always the one that sticks with you....well designed, thought out, executed, and enjoyed.
Especially when it's the "only one".....and you created it!!!

    Thanks!

  4. My pleasure, Brian. This was easily one of my favorite cars in my years at HRM.

Brian it's like your first piece of tail! You'll always remember it fondly and have a special place in your heart for it, but that doesn't mean that anything that came after wasn't fun as well!:D
