Hello, I have a niche old AC fuel pump and looking for a repair kit. The pump is in good condition, the valves are clean the electric look good and working only the rubber is like chewing gum. Knows anyone how I can get the parts?
I had one several years ago, same problem. The GM dealer had no record of such a pump. I believe it was built for AC by Dupree. No idea if repair parts are or were available.

They were sold through A/C Delco dealers. I used to use them on my '51 Merc. The 6 volt version is an EP-11. A/C #. don't know the # for the 12 volt one. both are no longer available, and have been discontinued. all of mine seemed to suffer from a problem where once the preset pressure was reached it would not shut off and began flooding the pump and leaking out of all the gasket areas . bad ju ju for a car sitting idling. happened with 2 different pumps. could have been bad. that being said the first one lasted over 15 years. No ethenol fuel here so that was not the cause. I did find a few kits on the internet about 5-10 years ago that was just the bellows ( all the rubber stuff) but I can not remember who I got them from. I have not been able to find anyone who rebuilds them and 6 volt ones are no longer produced. I do not know if the 12 volt ones are or not. I wish I could find a 6 volt pump like these ( I refer to them as pulse type pumps, because you can hear them pulseating until the float bowl fills and then shuts off. the EP-11 6 volt pump is/was a low press. pump@4psi max). I am now using an Airtex pump that basically runs as long as the switch is on. It is a low press. pump also, but the quality sucks, and they don't last long
Yes the bellow is the problem all other parts are no problem It is sad that there are no parts because it is a nice piece. I got two Autopflux pumps from the 30thys and there bellow is from stainless, they last forever
