Ther is a local estate auction coming up and it has a never been touched m no rust completely stock 1949 Merc coupe on it/ It has been sitting inside a tight shed for 50 plus years. What is it worth? there is also a 1951 ford hardtop that is an original mid foftys mild custom for sale on the aution. I think maybe $5 grand will buy either of them. The sale has not been widely advertised so maybe i can steal it.

It's worth whatever the last 2 guys bidding on it run it up to. What else can anyone here say, with no pictures, no idea how rusty it is, or how trashed the interior is.

A'51 Ford customized in the mid '40's would be pretty expensive by itself! o_O

anywhere from 1 to 12k for a coupe project
depending on condition. Running and good paperwork can bring more.

the Merc sold for $6000. Guy said he was representing Jay Leno. It was a 1950 2 door with the swing-out quarter windows/ THe 1951 Ford hardtop brought $1200. Wasn't near as nice as the Merc.
