Yeah I've been keeping my eye out for one, they don't seem easy to find though

 

57 lincoln front bumper on the rear and a 58 chevy bumper on the front

I welded the tailgate flush to the back. The tail lights were too shallow so I cut them back open, put 61 galaxie trim buckets in and then trimmed the 63 galaxie lenses to fit inside. Looks much better now

 

The tunneled tail lights work better for sure.

 

Got the bumper mounted. Filled the license plate gap. Put a 57 fairlane seat in. Painted some interior stuff. And attempted to paint some patterns on my tank (my first try at something like that)

 

Thank you. I agree with what you're saying which is why I'm getting rid of the pink. The truck is going to be a cream/ off white and I'm thinking about doing blue with flake on the roof. Then the interior is the same white and blue combo. I think it will tone it down some. It looks a little crazy right now since it's like 10 different colors lol

Paint the bottom of the truck dove gray with that blue scalps.

 

Idk about the gray but I have thought about some blue scallops or something like that

Looks damn good, like the blue/white way better than the pink. All the custom touches seem to work pretty good.

 

Some kind of mild accents on the bottom will be great. I really like the bed. I'm a fan of the tail lights but they look great recessed. Congrats on your accomplishment.

 

I never posted pics of the front. I welded the old frame cutouts shut in the valance and the fender seams. Also smoothed the wiper cowl

Anthony likes your truck and would drive it, I like it enough I would even be a p***enger. Once you have been around a bit more you will see that Anthony often gives his approval, or his questionable taste, not sure sometimes- by saying he would drive it.

Definitely not a dumb***. It is Anthony’s go to line. Still liking the truck, pink wasn’t doing it for me.
