Here is my recent purchase, it has a 3" chop after driving it I cant imagine having it any lower for me. It looks great and the comfort level is excellent using a Teas bench seat. Five Window coupes rule.

I am now 24 and 6'2", was going to chop my five window, and left the chop the last thing to do... best decision I've made! It is unchopped and looks awesome. Put a wicked front axel under it, and jack the rear end up an inch or two and it will give the effect that mine has. Do yourself a favor, leave it be, at least for now, there is no rush.

Get the stance right, establish the cars at***ude a little more then decide on the chop. 3 windows look great with a compe***ion style chop. Note sure about 5 window. Good luck whatever you do, thats a great start

i have a 32 5w in pieces someone cut 3" already ...badly... i'm gonna go 41/2 but it will probably take all of that to clean it up ...i know joe and jay very well ...they do very nice work ...i would leave it alone ....its not nessisarly the chop that makes the car , its the rest ..leave it at least for now ...you can always come back after you are driving...just like someone else stated..

joe and jay have been underground for quite awhile ....they are finally getting some recognition ....some day though you might have a car you can say the kennedys chopped instead of the kennedys choped it once then i ****ed it up ....

you want a hard chopped 5er i'll trade ya

Hey, Bud, that is a really sneaky chop job. People would be guessing whether or not it is stock. Wish I had it. Whatever, it will be cool.

Build that car with the top like it is. It surely is a quality job. When the car is done or near done you may grow to like it like it is. If not then you can whack it some more. Just a thought. I am sure I will be cool whatever way.

    Here's one that was in R&C a few years ago. It's a 4 1/2" chop.
