1952-59 Ford NEAPCO 2-0291 part number or crossover

Looking for the part number for NEAPCO 2-0291 rear u-joint conversion can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone have a recent part number for it ?

 

It comes up if you put that in Search on Ebay, also NAPA Perfection 506 this is the same U-joint for about half the price, put this number in Ebay search 374043341479

 

I had this one for my '55 but ended up replacing the rear axle. I'll sell it for $30 shipped (lower 48) to a HAMBer in need.
