1952-59 Ford 223 I6 THERMOSTAT HOUSING NEEDED

    I am in need of a thermostat housing for a Ford 223 I6, going in a {EDIT; 1959 car. On this version the hose ****** is approximately 45 degrees toward the driver side} Mine got damaged while extracting the broken shutoff valve.
    I do have a spare unit but I believe it is for a truck and the ****** for the radiator hose points straight up.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated

Rock Auto doesn’t show any availability for 59 and the pictures in that link do not match what I have. Mine has provision for a direct circuit to the heater. This is shown by felpro #11501

    Just found one on an auction site, gonna take a better look at my old one tomorrow before I buy

    It’s surprising how much repair you can do to one with JP weld.
