doubt it was the cause this time. We haven't had any rain for ever. waters clean and clear right now. can see the bottom while sitting in the lineup. Health dept says give it 3 days after a rain, I usually give it a day unless its the first rain of the season. Gotta be some other reason. Get well soon Coby

I am hoping and praying that you will be ok, I met you in paso with my wife and you are a great guy, super nice and pretty modest when it comes to the great mag you put put. Gods with you man, At the ripe age of 24 I had open heart surgery two years ago this last weekend and I am fully recovered and kicken... if you have any questions please call me. We went to see Coby last nite. They had him pretty doped up so I doubt he'll remember our conversation He doing well and there is a possibilty he may not have to have surgery. (YES!) Or posponment for up to 6 weeks. The MRI will bear this out. He's not out of the woods yet as he still has pnuemonia and has lost alot of weight. He needs to gain some strength.
I printed out this thread a 6pm and I had 25 pages! It has since doubled. I'm sure he's reading them this morning. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

This is Coby's brother, Marc. Just wanted to let you know that Coby was moved out of ICU tonight, so that's good news. Still no definitive word on exactly when surgery will happen. He really appreciates all your thoughts and kindness. He's just bummed that he's going to miss the CHRR!

 

That's great news. Tell him to keep fighting, there will be plenty of time to get to CHRR. Still praying.

 

Coby, Mac and I are just now getting back to a computer. You have been in our thoughts and prayers all day. Wishing you a speedy recovery. We kept seeing all these cool cars and 'views' out in Nevada as we were working today, and kept thinking, 'Now THATS Church!' .

I question why the young ones must go through something like this...your art is an inspiration to us ... perhaps your courage and strength through this is also a lesson for us... Do a "search" on this "My HAMB Drags Experience". Lil' Mike sport'in one of Coby' shirt designs. When you wear a Church shirt, it makes ya party and have a good 'ol time........then ya pass out! Lil'Mike, you rock. I told Coby when ya got the shirt that you would never take it off!!!!!!!!! Even when you are in the famous "Onion Bowl"!!!!!!!! KNUX!

 

I joined the zipper club at age 23, that was 17 years ago, I had something similar called constrictive pericarditis. All I can tell you Coby is that using the aspirator as much as possible is what is going to get you out of the hospital quickest, that and shitting on your own.

PS - make sure a female nurse pulls your catheter out.
