I have a block for you, so buy 2 sets, and I will pay you back when you pick up the block. This is my display/setup engine. IMG_0148.JPG IMG_0147.JPG

Thing to know about Amazon. You need to look at WHO is selling it and WHO is shipping it. Under the "Buy It Now" button will list the seller and the shipper. The seller is "SUPER SHOPS" the shipper is "SUPER SHOPS". Amazon has nothing to do with this sale other that getting a % for the listing. Prime does not apply here. Prime ONLY applies when Amazon is the shipper. The seller sends the product to Amazons warehouse. Then prime applies. You can sell widgets out of your garage on Amazon if you want.

Kind of weird. I just checked my order, I bought one set at $39.75, taxes were $4.61, and they charged me $7.50 shipping for a total of $51.86. Never bought anything off of Amazon where I had to pay shipping. I know there are vendors on there who charge shipping but I've never bought anything from them. Not bitching about the cost, it's just weird.
Edit: Just saw @H380 s post, makes sense now. Thanks.

I didn't have to pay any shipping on my order, only sales tax. 2 pairs, total $83.50 give or take a few cents.

Not surprised they're sold out already, glad I saw this while there was still some to get. Not sure if there's shipping costs on Holley's direct site but even if there is, still seems cheap.

Marty, I bought a set of the chrome block huggers and then saw these stainless rear exit headers from Holley clearance so, I bought them too. I've got a set of Speedway raw steel that I was going to use for the RPU but, if I can get either of the others to work, I'm going to have 2 sets of headers I won't use. Maybe you might have a use for one of them?

Keep me posted Alan, the center dumps look better on a display engine.

I ordered the Hemi headers from Holley. The headers were $70.31 plus $17.45 shipping. A set of polished early Hemi headers (new) for less that a hundred bucks? Suddenly it's 1961 again.

The only "fly in the ointment" is that the add says "Dodge, 331,354, 392". They look like "big hemi" hesaders to me, but even if they're for the smaller engine, I'm sure that someone will want them, so I don't think I took much of a risk.

I saw that too. I've got a set of Red Ram heads and a 3 carb intake for one and I would have bought a set if I thought they'd fit the Red Ram engine but I think they're for Chrysler hemi engines. Poorly worded for sure, but a damn bargain either way.

Probably never. This smacks of a "close-out" deal.

So...after following the link posted in this thread to the Holley site for the clearance stuff...I ended up spending a couple hours scrolling through all the good deals. Anyway, I guess the time wasn’t wasted since I ended up with a new seat cover, carpet, and a bolt kit for the bed wood for my 61 GMC all for $150. Any one of those was supposed to be more than that price at regular prices. :D I figure I will waste some more time today so I can stock up on spark plug wires or something like someone else we know. There was some smoking deals on bed wood kits but I haven’t tripped across the right kit for my pickup yet. :(

I have never bought anything off of Amazon. Looked a few times, got confused, and left. Don’t like the guy that owns it, either, so not putting money in his pocket.

I started “filling my cart” and about page 40/45 I began to think. “How will I afford fuel to get to work next week”

Went and put in a second order of parts on the Holley site of stuff I need for my GMC. Thanks for starting this thread @treb11 that then led to the Holley sale ultimately!

Amazon is sold out (only bought the center dump ones there because I could get free shipping) but I also bought a pair of these direct from Holley for $61 plus $15 to ship and tax. Still dirt cheap (retail price $457 according to the website!) Now I really have a lifetime supply. In the days of everything being super pricey, I doubt we will ever see prices like this again. And it's not like flathead speed stuff would be hard to get rid of later if I don't ever use them.

So tempted to get a set of these too. If they are even halfway decent, you can't build them for that price.

That's what I thought. And if I don't end up using them, it's not like I'll have a hard time finding someone who will for 80 bucks. I'm not sure which style is going to work best on my future '34 project and on my T, but now I'm very well covered I figure.

There are some nice deals in the clearance section on Holley’s site.
Some stuff I stumbled across and went “wow” but when searching for make/model/ year (even though I knew it would work) the stuff didn’t pop up.
Sit back this weekend and load the ice chest and go into seclusion;)

There really is some good prices going on there .... just stupid cheap ... 4 core radiator for $55, saw some 2 core for $35.

I have a plan, currently have my shopping cart filled up with tail light wire harness for $3.
    Gear shift knob $1.65
    Chrome choke cable/knob for 54-55 chebby $4
Rubber pad for a stomp starter .77 cents.

Still shopping, I showed my wife what a great deal that was going on, she is expecting packages to be arriving now ..... Sooo when the headers show up next week ....
