Looks great overall. But I have one comment that's always been a pet peeve of mine with most websites printed ads etc. When a date and time are displayed for something that's date or time sensitive, I feel it should include the day of the week. And in the case of an online auction - where potential buyers can be anywhere on the planet, the time should include am/pm and the time zone - or sometimes (UTC -5) as for EST . In the example below - I don't know if it's using military time - in which case it's clearly 6 am. But if you aren't - is it 6 am or 6 pm ? As a user, I'd probably resort to looking at some other auctions and if I saw one where the ending hour was more than 12 - yes, I could figure out that 06 was am, but it's really not clear. So in the case where it reads: Auction ends: 04/08/2023 06:00:00 I feel it should be read: Auction ends: Sat 4/8/2023 06:00:00 am EST or (UTC -5) I suspect with the software you use - date/time display formats may be limited, but if possible I think this would be a helpful change for users. Again, just my $0.02
i wonder if you would have more success with a super nice and rare speed part that might sell in the $1000-1500 range. yeah, these cars are nice and probably worth every penny but i'm thinking now's not the time to lay out a huge amount of cash but a part, that one part everyone is looking for to finish the project they have going in the garage might stand a better chance of exchanging hands, i think a lot of us have too much tied up in projects to go seeking a complete car
As soon as I can... I am going to be shooting a car soon for the launch... video, etc... trying to set a standard.
I am shooting a car this evening... It will be our first official listing out of BETA testing. Hoping to set an example with it as far as how detailed a listing should be.
Is it possible to have a link on the auction site that allows us to go back to HAMB after drooling over the cars? I had to keep clicking the back < arrow. Ya know……women lol.
long time lurker. Finally decided to sign up because of the auction house. Watching the auctions, like what I see so far. Sold the old house in Jan, bought a smaller house with space for a shop, might be done next year...
