Technical What Stromberg ist that?

    I have here a Stromberg carb and not sure witch modell it is.
    Look like a 97 but the number on confuse me 20230605_204142.jpg 20230605_204120.jpg

    0-7.jpg Its a 48.
    97's & 81's have 2 ball connections for the accelerator pump rod (S&W)

    from what I found in the internet it is a lager version of the 97
    Will a 97 overhaul kit fit to this carb?

    Yes,they use the same accelerator pump.Jets and power valve are different .The 48 is the largest CFM.

    the 97 is 155 CFM
    The 48 is 180 CFM
