Looking for recommendations for speedometer repair. I don't really need restoration, just the mechanicals done.

    thanks

I've used Mo-Ma Manufacturing since they were in So Cal, they are now located in Albuquerque (505)766-6661. Specializing in antique gauges.

Squirrel and Mitch are spot on. Rusty repaired the generator on my dad's 54 Chevy a few years ago and his service is top notch whether it be generators, speedo's etc. Hell, he could probably fix a broken heart...ok...maybe not.:D

And don't forget he's an Alliance vendor and offers a discount to Alliance members. He sold me a NOS speedometer unit for my '54 Ranch Wagon (for a very fair price) and made the cable to connect it to an AOD. He also redid the Stewart Warner speedometer in my '39 p/u. Works great and again the cost was reasonable. JMO

Thank you all for the kind words, I really appreciate it.
Both of the other shops are great, we all have different areas of focus.
Bobs is great for beautiful concourse level restorations, as is Mo-Ma especially on the British stuff. I send Mo-Ma
all of my temperature gauges that need new capillary tubes redone.
I'm kinda in the middle, getting mechanical repairs taken care of and cosmetically looking good. I can take it to higher levels but not as high at the two other shops mentioned.
Here is a 49-50 Chev cluster I completed.
    Thanks again
    Rusty
