Love the old BBC motor.

 

Is that a 348 trippower or 409, I had a a348 tri in my 32 roadster back in the day ( late 70's)

I think you know what that is.

 

Fake hemi sbc. Kind of like putting a sbc in your Model A or '32 or any other Ford product. Several years ago i put a 390 Ford in an OT impala and you should have heard the ridicule.

 

A ford in a chevy? Oh the humanity.

 

A lot worse than that was said. Down right sacrilege to perpetuate such an abomination. Then I reminded them that they started it with their sbc.

That '40/'41 has an odd aftermarket bed on it...seems a bit disproportionate.

 

I really liked the international thought

 

It wouldn't be so bad with 40 rear fenders.

 

Odd, small, thin profile earlier model fenders are more of a problem. As BB says, beefier 40 fenders would help a lot!

 

Just wanted to share a pic of my friend JJ's 36 Chevy truck.Shug from So What Speed Shop put it together.He also helped me get my Merc going and did some work on my Model A.JJ picked it up today for one of its 1st drives and took it over to my buddy's place to have it upholstered.After that paint.
